Introducing Digilo Pro

Since 2021, Digilo® has been at the forefront of eliminating loading issues with its Digiload® and Digitrack® solutions. Based on the experience and feedback of our clients, we went further to offer you Digiload Pro. 

Digilo Pro fully digitises and automates the loading workflow. By integrating hardware sensors, AI vision, and a dedicated loading software, Digilo Pro makes loading errors impossible while boosting productivity and eliminating shipping claims. The process is simple, fast and doesn’t leave room for mistakes.

Core Architecture & Modular Systems

The platform relies on interconnected modules designed to address loading challenges:

• Digiload+ Software: The control tower where all modules are piloted from. Managers can see exactly what is going on, and operators are guided step-by-step on their mobile computer.
• Digiscan®: Sensors and AI cameras mounted directly on the forklift automatically scan pallet barcodes, eliminating manual scanning completely.
• Digilight®: LED light strips mounted at each gate guide operators visually, using a dedicated colour for each forklift driver.
• Digiload+: a new way to validate the loading.AI cameras read automatically the code at the gate to confirm or reject loading attempts, providing live visual feedback to operators and real-time KPI tracking for managers.‍
• Digitrack+: on-board improved cameras and advanced video tracking software automatically archives video clips of every loaded pallet, indexed by SSCC number, date, and gate location for instant retrieval.

‍Operational Workflow & Benefits

The seamless loading sequence ensures full process control:

1. Pallet Pickup: The driver picks up a pallet, and Digiscan automatically reads the barcode.
2. Visual Routing: Digilight illuminates the target loading gate in the driver's assigned color.
3. Gate Verification: At the gate, Digiload+ scans the gate code and displays a green confirmation or a "Wrong Gate" warning.
4. Archiving: Digitrack saves video evidence of the completed loading sequence.

This end-to-end automation delivers 100% secure and documented loading. The forklift drivers don’t need to slow down and can focus on their main job: moving the pallet safely from the outbound area to the truck.

Compatibility

Digiload Pro is compatible with any WMS/ERP and is easy to integrate in your existing IT infrastructure. It works with your existing mobile computers (PDAs and tablets).
